All About Mercedes

As one of the last little ones born on Mather AFB, Mercedes is a California native with over 20 years of real estate experience. She carries a broad knowledge of the escrow process, transaction flow and residential real estate sales.

She spent over 10 years in a customer service/sales driven call center with Pacific Bell, better known today as AT&T, while overlapping her time as a Sacramento REALTOR®. Carrying a strong background in customer service and compliance management, she quickly realized she had a niche for "paperwork" and was unofficially appointed as her office TC. Negotiating short sales and managing REO transactions, she loved the TC role more and more. So much so, she officially stepped down as a REALTOR® and established Mercedes & Co. - Professional TC Services in 2016.

As a small business owner, wife and mother of two, she has grown Mercedes & Co. to a staff of four providing service to 34 brokerages and over 130 agents. She has an ever increasing record of helping real estate professionals successfully close countless transactions year after year.
