Here’s How I Can Help!
Prepare and disburse all applicable disclosures, advisories and acknowledgements, including current C.A.R. and broker forms to all participating parties for review and signatures.
Email a formal introduction which includes the timeline and escrow details to the professional and your client(s).
Thoroughly review the contracts, modifications, addendums, counters and any additional documentation to ensure that all have been fully executed with proper dates, initials and signatures.
Manage and monitor all contractual timelines, providing you with reminders of upcoming contingencies and tasks on or before the due date.
Ensure all participants, including title and escrow, have received all applicable documents, reports and invoices.
Maintain polite and professional communication with all participants to ensure a positive progress toward a successful close of escrow.
Submit completed file to office support and/or manager. This includes uploading of all needed documents for your broker's management system.
